DINING ROOM – The formal dining room contains a classical dining table with seating for 6 with French doors to the front and a pool view.

FAMILY ROOM – This is a very large sitting area which is open plan to the luxury kitchen, dining room and living room. The comfortable sofas are perfectly situated to watch the 42 inch wall mounted plasma TV and perfect for a relaxing family evening !! Sliding doors lead to the large Lanai and the extended swimming pool with can be dramatically lit by underwater lamps which can change colour to create a magical effect. This area has a large sunny deck and relaxing spa.

MASTER BEDROOM ( On the Ground floor ) A huge king size bed, tasteful drapes, TV and ceiling fan insures that this room is the very essence of luxury . It leads to the master bathroom which is indeed breathtaking! This has a spacious deep corner bath, extended vanity unit with dual hand basins. A large power shower cubicle and WC.
